• Cut the following Cricut^® Artbooking shapes using paper of choice:
  • 2" RDS Shift+Title <J> (p. 64)
  • 2" RDS Shift+Border <K> (p. 65)
• Cut the following Cricut^® Art Philosophy shapes using White Daisy cardstock:
  • 1 1/4" <Rctngle4> (cut 2, p. 25)
• Stamp corresponding ticket images on die-cuts in Cranberry ink; stamp ticket image twice more on Lagoon pattern B&T paper, trim off ends, and layer ends on White Daisy tickets.
• Stamp “Fun” sentiment on circle shape (cut using 1 1/4" circle punch) in Goldrush ink.
• Cut Ruby cardstock strip and stamp words down the length of it using Ruby ink.
• Remove Slate thread from baker’s twine and use it to stitch around top half of page.
• Stamp large fireworks using Whisper ink on bottom third of White Daisy page base; adhere grey epoxy Bubble on center of each stamped firework.

• Stamp small firework images in Slate ink on White Daisy cardstock strip; stamp “Party” sentiment in Ruby ink over firework images.
• Attach stamped sentiment strip to Skylark Sweet Leaf Pattern paper and place 3 stamped Goldrush stars on right side. Wrap Whisper baker’s twine vertically around sentiment.
• Mount sentiment on card, using 3-D foam tape if desired.
• Stamp dynamite image in Lagoon ink on White Daisy cardstock, trim, and tuck under left edge of sentiment.

• Adhere buttons on either side of White Daisy circle spin card circles.
• Remove black string from black metallic baker’s twine; use black string to stitch border around window opening in card, if desired.

• Trim 2 copies of photos into circles and place each on die-cut button using 3-D foam tape, if desired.
• Adhere a die-cut button on either side of circle spin shape in card window.
• Dry emboss chevrons with chevron embossing folder on Sweet Leaf cardstock square; use square to back card window.
• Wrap Topiary mini chevron ribbon around bottom half of cork frame; knot on right side.
• Frame window with both Crystal Blue cardstock frame and Color-Ready Midtown cork frame.
• Sponge left edge of stamped “I Love You to the Moon and Back” sentiment circle in black ink.

Celebrate Cards

I wanted to create some simple cards for my next card workshop and I also wanted to incorporate the new embossing folders into them.
These cards were so simple and fun to make and I think they turned out so cute.
I used the Hooray Bouquet Stamp set and inked the edges with the same color cardstock I used. 
I also used an old stamp set Happy Birthday for the Sentiment.  I used pop dots on each flower to make it pop off the card, then I said I need some bling but want to keep it simple so I used the Clear Sparkles, the bigger ones for the center of the flowers. 

I will keep you posted on the next workshop for these Cute cards!

Ivy Lane Box Card

This past Saturday was my Grandmas Birthday and I have been wanting to create one of those Box Cards that everyone is creating.  So I googled Box Card on youtube and watched a few videos and then started my card,  They are so easy to make and fun too!  I made this one using the Ivy Lane Paper and the Ivy Lane Cardmaking Workshop Stamp Set and the Holiday Tags Occasions Stamp Set I used Cotton Candy and Pear Ink.

I also added a little sparkle with the New Purple Glitter Gems, Purple is my favorite color so I just love those little gems.

These box cards are so fun to make I am planning a workshop for one in the near future so I will keep you updated.

• Trim tops into tag shapes; fold the strips in half and adhere edges to form pockets.
