Best Wishes - Dotty For You

This Card is so cute and can be used for anyone.  I used the butterfly pattern in the Dotty for You Paper pack.  I also added some of the Flutter Paper Shapes (Z1463) and the bitty sparkles (Z1263) They make the card sparkle!
