Helpful Hints

To create this artwork, follow the helpful hints outlined below and the assembly instructions found on page 116 of our how-to book Cherish™.

• Use cutting diagrams on page 116 of Cherish to cut papers for the left page only. Instead of cutting circles for pieces D, E, F, and G, use the 2" scallop circle punch to create those pieces.
• Sponge edges of all papers and photo with Desert Sand ink.
• Sponge inner solid area of Journaling Spots with Bamboo ink and outer dots with Desert Sand ink; set aside to dry.
• Sponge small Dimensional Elements hearts with Bamboo ink.
• Sponge butterfly wooden shapes and all cork shapes with Desert Sand ink.
• Stamp images on dragonfly wooden shapes, Dimensional Elements hearts, and solid area of journaling spots with Desert Sand ink. Stamp sentiment with Juniper ink on lower right portion of A.
• Assemble page according to instructions on page 117 of Cherish, using 3-D foam tape as desired.
• Embellish, using 3-D foam tape as desired.

Celebrate America

Here is my final 4th of July card I made using the American Celebration Stamp set and the Fanfare paper pack.  I added some cranberry brads in the middle of the fireworks, it just adds a pop to the card. Love it.

4th of July Card

Today I am sharing a 4th of July Card I made using the Fanfare paper pack and the American Celebration Stamp set.  I never really send out 4th of July cards, but this paper pack and stamp set were just so fun I wanted to make a few cards with them.
